Dan has a diverse leadership background with a combined 40 years in manufacturing, sales, business ownership, and in the non-profit volunteer world. He is also the author of the book Intentional Relationships for Singles as well as a speaker. He currently oversees the volunteer program of one of the largest churches in America. He has a passion for seeing people grow in their leadership and expanding their leadership influence.

After working in many diverse fields, Hailey first crossed paths with One Light Ahead while working as their client from the front desk of a chiropractic office. Through her coaching journey, Hailey rediscovered her passion for leadership, organization, and objective truth. She advanced to Office Manager and was able to utilize her coaching tools, create an operational office manual, and help lead the office to break through a 20-year ceiling. After an unexpected cross-country move (and with permission,) April recruited Hailey to be One Light Ahead’s Operations Specialist in the Summer of 2021. She now works to create meaningful content with a passion to see others experience a transformation similar to her own. Hailey lives in Lewisville, TX with her husband Jonathan, young son Elijah, and their dog, Coby. Blythe Daniel is a literary agent, author, and marketer. Her agency markets books through podcasts, blogs, and launch teams and represents books to publishers including adult nonfiction, select adult fiction, and children’s fiction and non-fiction titles. Blythe has been the publicity director for Thomas Nelson Publishers and has spent the last 16 years as a literary agent. The agency represents new and bestselling authors primarily in the Christian market. Chris has been in real estate for over 25 years.
